What is cloud computing?

Cloud computing is the practice of delivering IT resources, applications, and services through remote servers hosted online, rather than local servers and equipment. This allows organizations to access their information anywhere, without having to invest in expensive on-site equipment.

How does Datalise Cloud work?

DataliseCloud allows you to access your Oracle databases online through virtual servers hosted on Amazon Web Services. You can even host your application servers (Oracle or otherwise) on Datalise Cloud.

Can you customize a plan specifically for my business?

Absolutely. Datalise always works closely with clients to determine their exact challenges and goals. From there, we craft a comprehensive plan to meet their needs and their budget.

What makes Datalise different?

Datalise features elite Oracle database architects and administrators who regularly work for Oracle itself, along with other major brands just as Vodafone, AXA Insurance, and O2. With each expert boasting over a decade of experience in Oracle, Datalise understands how to help businesses make the most of their databases for less.

What if some of my databases are on the cloud and others are on-site?

No problem. Datalise is happy to help you migrate completely or can offer comprehensive database managed services to your Oracle databases both in the cloud and on-site.

Can I add external data to New Relic Insights?

Use custom events to create new event types in addition to the default PageView, Transaction, and MobileSession event types. Custom events allow you to store data in Insights that is not available during a page view, server transaction or mobile session event. You insert custom event data by submitting JSON to our HTTP endpoint.

Can I extract data from New Relic Insights?

Exporting data from New Relic Insights is available via New Relic’s API or via JSON code provided with each chart, graph and dashboard. Find out more about exporting New Relic Insights data.

How much does New Relic Insights cost?

New Relic Insights subscription pricing is based on the number of events stored in our Real-time Analytics Platform. Customers can get started with New Relic Insights for just $250/month and store up to 75 million events! New Relic Insights scales to trillions of events.

What is the data retention period for events I can query?

It’s totally up to you. New Relic Insights has customizable data retention settings, so you can keep data in Insights for as long as you want. Insights is priced by the number events that you store, so you want to chose a retention period that meets the pricing needs of your total events stored.
